Anyone who has an interest in the PDNA and who supports the purpose of the Alliance may become a Basic Member and receive Free PDNA Email Updates and Newsletters on community events; development news; educational, historical and cultural programs; select surveys and other important community news and information. |

Individual or Family |
Any resident residing within the broader boundaries of the PDNA who agrees to and supports the purpose of the Alliance and whose dues are paid for the current fiscal year may become a Community Member and shall be considered a member in good standing. Any resident residing outside the PDNA’s broader boundaries may become a Community Member by resolution of the Board of Directors. |

Association Member
|
Any Condominium/Townhome Association, through it's Board of Directors, residing within the core boundaries of the PDNA who agrees to and supports the purpose of the Alliance and whose dues are paid for the current fiscal year may become an Association Member and shall be considered a member in good standing. Any Condominium/Townhome Association residing outside the PDNA’s core boundaries may become an Association Member by resolution of the Board of Directors. This is not a group membership for individual owners, but rather a group of member Associations. |

| Partner Member |
Any Business, Cultural Institution or Organization operating within the broader boundaries of the PDNA who agrees to and supports the purpose of the Alliance and whose dues are paid for the current fiscal year may become a Partner Member and shall be considered a member in good standing. Businesses, Cultural Institutions and Organizations with overlapping or parallel missions residing outside the PDNA’s broader boundaries may become a Partner Member by resolution of the Board of Directors.
